Kirtland junior Reilly Greenlee on Saturday will be the first Hornet runner to compete in the state cross country meet since 2008.

Greenlee finished 13th at the regional meet last weekend with a time of 21:12.

She’ll have a busy Saturday as she’ll begin the day at the state cross country meet and then race back to Kirtland for a 3:00 p.m. regional championship soccer game. The Hornets will host Canfield South Range at Mentor’s soccer field.
