    Six All-Ohioans will compete in the 2023 Ohio Varsity Senior Slam & Underclassmen Showcase

    The Ohio High School Volleyball Coaches’ Association on Wednesday released its 2023 All-Ohio teams, which included six players who will compete in the Ohio Varsity Senior Slam & Underclassmen Showcase on Nov. 19 at Eastlake North High School.

    In Division I, Mentor senior setter Sam Hartman earned honorable mention honors. She’ll represent the Navy All-Stars in the Senior Slam.

    Kenston senior outside hitter Riley Rosneck earned honorable mention All-Ohio honors in Division II. She will team up with Hartman on the Navy All-Stars on Nov. 19.

    Four players earned All-Ohio honors in Division III.

    Lake Catholic seniors Hannah Pattie, a setter, and Katie Sowko, an outside hitter/middle hitter, both earned first-team All-Ohio honors and will represent the Army All-Stars in the Senior Slam.

    Julia Oster, a junior libero from Lake Catholic, and Independence junior setter/outside hitter Haley Wilson were named honorable mention in Division III. Oster will suit up for the Marines All-Stars in the Ohio Varsity Underclassmen Showcase while Wilson will represent the Air Force All-Stars.

    Tickets for the 2023 Ohio Varsity Senior Slam & Underclassmen Showcase go on sale on Monday, Nov. 13.
